The ditch for our new water line. Jacob dug it himself, with his bare hands (and the courtesy of the DitchWitch). Since we were already needing new plumbing for the upstairs, we decided it would be a good time to update the whole house, considering we were using a line from the 1930's. Advanced Plumbing did a great job for us.

Oops, there goes the cable.

All Fixed!

What a stud!

Cutting the new ceiling vents for our new gas heat sysem (no longer will our heat be supplied by one large oil vent in the living room floor).

Mo checks out the new escape route from the upstairs!

Installing Duct Work.

Check out this mean machine. It has a 98% efficiency rating.

We will miss you, ZZ!

We are very sad over the loss of our beloved cat, ZZ.

A Transformation

Jacob and Brian have worked on remodeling my mom's bathroom for awhile, due to the multiple ordering/ shipping problems created by Home Depot. But finally, it is done and looks great. Here are a couple of "in progress" pictures.

And finally, some pictures of the finished project.
